Roundhouse Roofing and Restoration was founded in 2021 by Tate Targgart to do roofing and restoration work the right way, for homeowners across the Miami Valley.
The company
Tate Targgart took his first construction job in high school and found something he was good at. Nineteen years later he is still in the trade, and he has worked on just about every part of a house along the way.
He also spent part of those years working for companies whose way of doing business never sat right with him. He knew what good work looked like, and he knew how a homeowner deserved to be treated when they let a crew onto their property. In 2021 he started Roundhouse to run a company the way he always believed one should be run.

Roundhouse works for homeowners in Beavercreek, Kettering, Xenia, Bellbrook, Fairborn and the towns around them. A lot of our calls come from a neighbor who saw our sign in a yard down the street, or a friend who had us out after a storm. We like it that way. Every roof, bathroom and gutter job is a chance to earn the next call, and the only way to earn it is to do the job right.

Every roof replacement is installed as a complete Owens Corning system, with the manufacturer warranty registered.
Certified under the federal Renovation, Repair and Painting rule, with licensed abatement workers for older homes and rentals. Lead abatement.
Roundhouse carries full insurance coverage on every job, so you can have our team on your property and in your home with confidence.

How we work
A project manager is on every job, making sure the team gets started the right way and that the work is left fully complete.
On storm work we document the damage and work alongside your insurance company, from the first inspection to the finished repair.
If something we installed is not right, we come back and fix it. That is what our warranty means in practice.
