Most of what we do starts on the roof. Every replacement comes off down to the decking, soft wood gets replaced after you see it, and the new roof goes on as a complete Owens Corning system. Roundhouse is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, so the whole roof is installed by our own crew to Owens Corning specs.
Repairs get the same care. We trace leaks back to where the water gets in, reseal flashing, replace pipe boots and damaged shingles, and tell you plainly when an older roof only has a season or two left.
We also handle flat and low slope roofs, with TPO, EPDM rubber and metal systems for shops, warehouses and offices.

Ohio does not license roofing contractors at the state level, though some cities require registration. What you can check is insurance and credentials: Roundhouse is fully insured, an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm and an A+ rated BBB accredited business.
Are inspections and estimates free?
Yes. Roof inspections include drone photos, and you keep every photo whether you hire us or not.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. On storm and water damage we document everything with photos and work alongside your insurance company through the claim. Coverage decisions are up to your carrier, and we will tell you honestly whether the damage is worth a claim.
Should I repair or replace my roof?
It depends on the roof's age and how widespread the damage is. A one spot leak on a younger roof is usually a repair. Granule loss, curling shingles and leaks in several places point to a replacement. Our roof replacement page walks through the signs.
What warranty comes with your work?
Workmanship coverage runs 5 to 10 years on roofing, siding and gutters depending on the project, 10 years on window labor and 1 year on interior work, plus the manufacturer warranties on materials. See the full warranty.
How fast can you come out?
Active leaks and storm damage get same day response. Routine repairs and estimates are usually on the schedule within the week.
