Every job carries two kinds of coverage: our workmanship warranty on how it was installed, and the manufacturer warranty on the materials. If something we installed is not right, call us and we come back and fix it.

What it means
Roofing
Roundhouse is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. Every roof replacement is installed as a complete Owens Corning roofing system, and the manufacturer warranty is registered under Owens Corning's standard coverage. Our workmanship warranty sits on top of that and covers the installation itself.

Call the office at (937) 245-1101 and tell us what is going on. We come out, find the cause, and if it is our workmanship, we fix it.
The workmanship warranty stays with the house. It covers the home and the work we did, and the term runs from the date the work was completed, so a new owner keeps whatever time is left.
Repairs do not carry a workmanship warranty. A repair fixes one problem on a roof that keeps aging around it, so we cannot stand behind the whole roof the way we can with a replacement. We will tell you plainly when a repair makes sense and when it does not.

Workmanship warranty coverage applies to issues caused by Roundhouse Roofing and Restoration's installation methods and execution. Coverage is limited to the work installed by Roundhouse Roofing and Restoration and the portion of that work that was damaged. Whether a reported issue falls under the workmanship warranty is determined at the discretion of Roundhouse Roofing and Restoration after inspection. Manufacturer warranties are provided and administered by the product manufacturer under their own terms.
