What to expect

What happens after you reach out

Step 1

We get back to you

We call or text to learn what is going on and set a time to come out. Active leaks and storm damage go to the front of the line.

Step 2

Free look

We inspect the roof or the room, drone included for roofing, and photograph everything. You keep the photos.

Step 3

Written estimate

You get a written estimate with an honest recommendation, including when a repair makes more sense than a replacement.

Before we come out

Helpful things to have ready

Photos of the problem, if you can take them safely from the ground
The age of the roof or the last time the work was done, if you know it
For storm damage, the date of the storm and your insurance company
For homes built before 1978, mention it so we can plan lead-safe work
